A staffing service representative is anyone that works at a staffing service component or branch. He/she is assigned a home branch and a title which indicates his/her security access. Among the titles included with StaffSuite are coordinator, recruiter, and salesperson. In addition, a staffing service rep can be assigned permission, by name, to perform an Assignment Mass Field Update.
Staffing Service Reps can integrate Exchange® with activities and company reps. If the rep so chooses, StaffSuite can create activities that it sends to the rep's Exchange calendar. In addition, new company reps can be added to the rep's Contact list in Exchange.
In order for a user to log on to StaffSuite, they must be entered as a representative. In order for anyone to be assigned a task or referenced on an order, assignment, or position, they must be entered as a representative.
