Timesheet Formats for TimeKeeper |
The Timesheet Export Configuration screen in StaffSuite allows you to specify the timesheet export and import settings for assignments that are sent to Bond's external timesheet application, TimeKeeper. Click here for more information on TimeKeeper.
Timesheet formats govern how time is entered into a timesheet. There are several measurement formats available and some timesheets allow the entry of employee expenses. Time can be entered as clock time in some timesheets, and as total amount of time in minutes, or hundredths of an hour, in other timesheets. Some formats allow overtime to be entered manually, and some timesheet formats are designed to automatically calculate overtime and doubletime based on the rules of the state where the employee works. With calculated overtime, as you enter the time into the timesheet, the hours that exceed the maximum set for regular time will automatically "bump up" into overtime and doubletime. Click here for more information about calculated overtime by state.
Timesheet formats are set at the company level and apply to all assignments for that company unless they are overridden at the assignment level.
