How to Use OnLine Help

Clicking on the List Timesheets option on the Order or Assignment Ribbon causes the Timesheet Look Up window to display with the information defaulted for the order and/or assignment in currency. Widen the search by deleting some, or all, of the currency parameters.

Looking Up Order or Assignment Timesheets

  1. In the Corporation field, use to select the corporation associated with the timesheets you want to find. You can also select All if you are not looking for a specific corporation.

  2. In the Batch ID field, enter the unique ID number for the batch containing the timesheet(s) for which you are looking. You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific batch.

  3. In the Reference Number field, enter the Reference Number corresponding to the specific timesheet for which you are looking. You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific reference number.

  4. In the Transaction Status field, use to select the current status of the timesheet you want to find. You can also select All if you are not looking for a specific status.

  5. In the Entered Dates fields, use to select the dates associated with the timesheets you want to search.

  6. To search a specific range, enter a From date and a To date. StaffSuite will find all timesheets dated between and including the two dates entered.

  7. To search for timesheets since a given date, enter a From date only. StaffSuite will find all timesheets dated after and including the date entered.

  8. To search for timesheets prior to a given date, enter a To date only. StaffSuite will find all timesheets dated before and including the date entered.

  9. To search for a specific date, enter the same date in the From and To fields. StaffSuite will find only those timesheets entered on that date.

You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific date range.

  1. In the Entered By field, use to select the staffing service rep that entered the original timesheet. You can also select All if you are not looking for a specific rep.

  2. In the Order/Assignment section, the assignment ID, and/or order ID for the order and assignment in currency is displayed, along with related information including purchase order number, reference number, AR company ID, and/or the AR company name of the assignment/order. You can leave these fields blank if you are not looking for a specific order and/or assignment.

  3. In the Work Period Dates section, use to select the work period dates associated with the timesheets you want to search.

  4. To search a specific range, enter a From date and a To date. StaffSuite will find all work periods dated between and including the two dates entered.

  5. To search for work periods since a given date, enter a From date only. StaffSuite will find all work periods dated after and including the date entered.

  6. To search for work periods prior to a given date, enter a To date only. StaffSuite will find all work periods dated before and including the date entered.

  7. To search for a specific date, enter the same date in the From and To fields. StaffSuite will find only those work periods on that date.

You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific date range.

  1. When you are satisfied with all your selections above, click the button.

  2. The Timesheet Grid displays the results of your search.
