How to Use OnLine Help

Basic Information allows you to garner information about your orders. In addition, you can edit various information on this window.

Editing an Order

  1. Make sure the Order you want to edit is displayed.

  2. Select the field you want to edit.

  3. Make your changes.

  4. Click the Save button on the toolbar.

Navigation Options

Click List Assignments  to view a list of all assignments associated with this order. NOTE: If this is a direct-hire order, the button will say "List Positions".

Click Relationship to access the Order Relationship Manager.

Click Instructions to view instructions related to the order.

Click Billing to view order billing information.

Click Additional Info.1 or Additional Info.2 to access any user-defined fields assigned to Order.
