Security Actions allow you to set up which branches have access to other branches, and whether that access is reciprocal. It also allows you to determines which actions and view screens are allowed for specific titles. Assignment Mass Field Update security is assigned to individual staffing service reps. Using these three security aspects (branch, title and individual security), you can set up multiple layers of security based on your needs. Document security allows you to determine who has access to documents stored using the Document Management System.

Once you set up your security preferences, you apply them to a specific rep through the Staffing Service Rep category.
