Clicking on the Timesheets icon on the Employee Ribbon causes the Timesheet Look Up window to display with the employee's information defaulted for the employee in currency. Widen the search by deleting some, or all, of the currency parameters.

The Timesheet Transactions field defaults Timesheets and is read-only.
In the Corporation field, use to select the corporation associated with the timesheets you want to find. You can also select All if you are not looking for a specific corporation.
In the Batch ID field, enter the unique ID number for the batch containing the timesheet(s) for which you are looking. You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific batch.
In the Reference Number field, enter the Reference Number corresponding to the specific timesheet for which you are looking. You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific reference number.
In the Transaction Status field, use to select the current status of the timesheet you want to find. You can also select All if you are not looking for a specific status.
In the Entered date fields, use to select the dates associated with the timesheets you want to search.
To search a specific range, enter a From date and a To date. StaffSuite will find all timesheets dated between and including the two dates entered.
To search for timesheets since a given date, enter a From date only. StaffSuite will find all timesheets dated after and including the date entered.
To search for timesheets prior to a given date, enter a To date only. StaffSuite will find all timesheets dated before and including the date entered.
To search for a specific date, enter the same date in the From and To fields. StaffSuite will find only those timesheets entered on that date.
You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific date range.

In the Entered By field, use to select the staffing service rep that entered the original timesheet. You can also select All if you are not looking for a specific rep.
In the Employee section, the information for the employee in currency is displayed including the last name, social security number, employee ID number, and/or branch servicing (this is the current home branch of this employee which could be different from the branch for which the timesheet was processed). You can leave the last name, SSN #, and ID fields blank and Branch Srvc set to All to widen the search.
NOTE: Permission to view social security numbers is set up in the Staffing Service Rep Basic screen. A staffing service rep that does not have permission to view social security numbers will be able to enter a social security number for the employee look up but, as soon as results are displayed, the numbers will be masked with only the last four digits revealed.
Checking the Imported Timesheets Only checkbox indicates that you want to find only those timesheets that were imported using the Time and Attendance Import functionality.
In the Work Period Dates section, use to select the dates on which the timesheets were entered.
To search a specific range, enter a From date and a To date. StaffSuite will find all timesheets entered between and including the two dates entered.
To search for work periods since a given date, enter a From date only. StaffSuite will find all timesheets entered after and including the date entered.
To search for work periods prior to a given date, enter a To date only. StaffSuite will find all timesheets entered before and including the date entered.
To search for a specific date, enter the same date in the From and To fields. StaffSuite will find only those timesheets entered on that date.
You can also leave this field blank if you are not looking for a specific date range.
To search for a specific staffing service rep who entered the timesheets, use on the Entered By field to open up a Staffing Service Rep Lookup.

When you are satisfied with all your selections above, click the button.
The Timesheet Grid displays the results of your search.
To close the Timesheet Look Up window without searching for a timesheet, click the button.
