Assessments allows you to update assessment results for an employee who took assessments through WorldLink in the SuccessCheck module. The Assessments option is only visible for Staffing Service Branches who have installed the SuccessCheck license and  have Assessment Defaults set up as active for assessments.

Assessments

The Attitude Test Grid

The Attitude Test grid displays the employee's status regarding the SuccessCheck Attitude Test assessment. If a status of "Completed" is displayed, then the employee's assessment results are available. Click the Refresh button to have the system "fetch" those results and insert them into the grid.

The Details... button opens a browser window containing the detailed test results.

The Overall Result field shows the polled result of the employee's test. If a staffing service rep has permission to change an attitude test result, and has changed it, the Calculated Overall Result Overridden checkbox will be checked and disabled and cannot be reset.

The Personality and Cognitive Grid

The Personality and Cognitive Test grid displays the employee's status regarding the SuccessCheck Personality and Cognitive Test assessment. If a status of "Completed" is displayed, then the employee's assessment results are available. Click the Refresh button to have the system "fetch" those results and insert them into the grid.

Click to select a Job Category from the grid. The Details... button will open a browser window containing the detailed test results.
