How to Use OnLine Help

Basic Information allows you to garner information about your corporation(s). In addition, you can edit various information on this window.

Editing a Corporation

  1. Make sure the Corporation you want to edit is displayed. If it is not, use List Corporations to list and select a Corporation to display in the Corporation Basic screen.

  2. Select the field you want to edit.

  3. Make your changes or enter information that was not previously entered.

  4. Click the Save button on the toolbar.

Navigation Options

Click to display the Basic Information window for the staffing service associated with this corporation. Go to Staffing Service Basic Information.

Click to view and edit federal tax reporting information. Go to Federal.

Click to add tax information for a new state. Go to New/Edit State.

Highlight a row in the Valid States grid and click to change tax information for an existing state. Go to New/Edit State.

Highlight a row in the Valid States grid and click to delete the highlighted tax information for an existing state.
